Medica, CMEF, Arab Health… live support on the booth, performing demonstrations, real treatments to everyone with interest. Also staff training on-site.
SALES SUPPORT

Usually with a sales manager, on the field, like in a private practice, clinic and hospital. Ready to face medical and practical questions.
EVENTS

Ready for speeches, presentation, congress, conferences, booth support.
TOUR

No problem for a long and mixed schedule made of different services. Usually is wise profit of a single transfer, filling the agenda with several dates. From 3 days until 14 days, just expose what you wanna do.
FAQ
- First Contact: exposition of neccesities, technologies and devices involved (brand, model), available time, expected period, number and profession of attendees.
- Production of the first quotation
- We plan togheter the topics of the course where necessary.
- Especially for live training, may happen some variations in the schedules, topics, material. For this reasion will be product the final quotation.
- The client accept the final quotation.
- Drafting of a possible NDA.
- Payment of half of the services. Furthermore, for live training the client will start to buy tickets and book hotels.
- A revision of the topics and material for the training.
- Training Day.
- The payment of the second part of the service: will be agreed in the the final quotation.
Usually I work within windows of 2hours, half day ( 4hours) and full day (4-8 hours).
You need a PC or smarthphone. We can use Meet, Teams, Zoom, Skype. Generally I commend to join the virtual room with a webcam and always one smartphone. In this way you have a mobile camera to show me your devices and what your are doing, for a better practical part. Sometimes I suggest a technical check before the training, to ensure that everything works fine.
Togheter we plan my trip and the schedule: flights, hotel, location, events, topics, materials. The client pays for all the costs: food, accommodation and transports. It will be my duty find the best economical solution. So no, I don’t fly in first class.
After the training the client will receive:
- PDF files, color and b/w, with slides used during the training.
- If present, will receive video files, special pictures, photos and graphics.
- Wherever possible and agreed,will receive the video of the course or of the practical part.
- A certification of partecipation (could be graphycally customized on your needs).
- My availability via e-mail to answer any questions regarding the training done.
- Wire transfer and Paypall.
- The “costs” (hotel, food, transfer, materials…) for live training must be covered before by the client.
- Half of the service must be paid upon acceptance of the quotation.
- Second half must be paid as agreed by the parts in the final quotation.
Under your indication, I will emit a correct invoice for your fiscal system. Check with your accountant wich is the best way for allow you a recovery of the costs and service.
Every country has is own regulamentation about the work done from non-citizen in the territory. Before to do a live service it will be important ensure to respect every procedure needed by your country. The support of your accountant will be foundamental before any payment and training.
